When will you ship my items?

Брал два наколенника разного размера.
Один из размеров оказался немного маловат, тот что L - в идеале по таким размерам нужно брать XL.
Что касается этих поддерживающих лент-они одинакового размера, что в "L", что в "XXXL".
Тоесть на ногу с размером наколенника "3XL" эти ленты представляют дискомфорт, еле дотягивает до фиксирующей липучки и перетягивает напрочь колено по такой схеме "поддержания чашечки".
Фиксирующая ленту липучка - резмер этой липучки меньше чем две половины с ленты, тоесть с ленты липучки захватывают основной материал наколенника и сразу же "бахромят" этот наколенник.
Я пытался объяснить эту всю ситуацию с недочетами продавцу, схематично нарисовал на фотках-продавец посчитал прикинуться непонимающим и уверил что его товар на все 100% идеален.
Себе заказывал до этого XXL (я 105 вешу).
Другу заказывал до этого XL (93 кг весит).
Это я для тех кто не знает какого размера заказывать.
